Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept card payments through Paypal. You can also pay by cheque (GB£ only). Please make cheques payable to "Charles Gale Tailoring".
Shipping And Handling
Shipping costs will be added to your order depending on the items purchased and your location. Orders from outside of the UK will incur shippings costs of GB£20.00. Please DO NOT order a Corby Trouser Press from outside of the UK. Shipping costs are not refundable if the order is returned.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 10 days. Corby Trouser Presses are normally sent within 10 days. Please DO NOT order a Corby Trouser Press from outside of the UK. Bowhill & Elliott slippers are hand made, please

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Items must be returned in orginal condition including packaging, within 14 days to qualify for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns (apart from faulty goods) will be subject to an administration fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Replacement items (apart from replacements for faulty goods) will be subject to normal shipping costs.
